Travel starts at $50. Oregon notarial acts are $10 per act. Military families receive 10% off the travel fee.

Usually, no. Many documents need to be signed in front of the notary. Unless the person or organization requesting the document has specifically told you otherwise, wait to sign until we meet.

Most notarizations require a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. I’ll confirm ID details with you before the appointment.

Yes. Each person whose signature needs to be notarized must be present for the appointment and must have proper identification.

If your document requires witnesses, please let me know before the appointment. Witness requirements come from the document itself or the person or organization requesting it. I do not choose whether witnesses are required, so it is best to confirm that ahead of time.
